I don’t really do New Year’s resolutions, but let’s just say there are a few things I am keen to consider for 2013:

1.  Try and eat from more food groups, and therefore healthier.  I realised that my online grocery order doesn’t vary much from week to week.

2.  In order to help with (1) above, we’re going to try and make at least 1 new recipe each week.  As we have so many new cookbooks now, there is no excuse

3.  Get back into my routine for exercise.  I have been ill on and off since October 2012 and haven’t managed to exercise as I want

4.  Start a new business **watch this space**  !

5.  Write my blog more often
